In trading on Friday, the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund ETF (XLU) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.8% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Xcel Energy (XEL), up about 1.5% and shares of PG&E (PCG), up about 1.5% on the day.
